Happy Reformation Day!

Today is Reformation Day and marks the 490th anniversary of Martin Luther’s nailing of his 95 theses to the Castle Church door in Wittenberg, Germany on October 31, 1517.  Rather than hearing me blather on about it, I’ll turn things over Stand to Reason here.

Every time I think about (if ever so briefly) how cool it would be to load up the truck and move to Beverly, I need to read this story.
There is absolutely no way I’ll let a child of mine attend a school system like California’s. If that non-sense makes it to Oklahoma, I’ll homeschool my boys myself if I have to.

UPDATE: It appears that the Governator has not yet signed the bill, so there might be some for California’s public school attendees yet. Here’s hoping…

We all know Dennis Franchione made a mistake of monumental proportions with his now-infamous “VIP newsletter.” I was already on the “Fire Fran” bandwagon after the colossal beatdown in Miami. This only adds salt to the open wound that we Aggies all have with regards to our football program. Texas A&M AD Bill Byrne has a policy of not discussing a coach’s future during the season. Will you do us the favor of not having a similar policy and giving us your take on the whole situation?
